Lately, I’ve found myself enchanted by small things, tiny joys that fit in the palm of your hand but somehow feel expansive. Maybe it’s the way a teacup warms your hands on a cold morning, or how a pressed flower in a book can carry the memory of an entire summer.

That’s exactly how these little art magnets began. I wasn’t planning to make them. I was painting one afternoon, when I realized I wanted to create something simple and lovely. Something that could bring a little beauty to even the most ordinary spaces, like the front of your fridge or a filing cabinet at work.

Each piece is hand painted and framed in a mini gold frame, turning them into tiny keepsakes. Some are inspired by wildflowers and meadows, others by the soft quiet of home. No two are exactly the same, each one is a little story of its own, captured in a moment of color.
And now, I’m so excited to share that my mini art magnets will be available at Market Street Creatives in Torrington, Connecticut. A space filled with handmade goods and the work of talented local artists. It’s a beautifully restored industrial space with exposed brick, tall windows, and worn wood floors. I’m honored to have a small corner there.

If you’re nearby, I hope you’ll stop in and take a peek. Maybe one of these tiny paintings will speak to you, reminding you of a favorite walk, a moment of peace, or a season you’re longing for. Art doesn’t have to be grand to be meaningful. Sometimes the smallest pieces hold the most heart.
With love and paint stained fingers,
Autumn
