The things I used to chase don’t hold the same weight, and the things I once overlooked have started to feel like the parts that actually shape my days.

I think a lot of it comes from paying closer attention. Noticing what actually makes a day feel good when it’s over. With time, you start to see what’s worth holding onto and what isn’t.

What I’ve realized is that the quality of your life is shaped by what you allow, what you repeat, and what you choose to keep in it.
